Batman - The ride has great loops with G forces on the first loop 3. Maxx Force - The ride is short the launch is not believable 2. Raging Bull - The first drop is so amazing and the loops after that are fun 1. Goliath - It has the scary impact and the loops and turns are insane

Vertical velocity is very underrated, there is never a line and when in the front row it feels so much faster than it is because you fly past the ride queue

I live close to SeaWorld San Antonio. I love the atmosphere and it is very Family friendly. It is especially good for families with small children. Teenagers may get bored at times but there is always Aquatica for them and then they can slip in and ride some of the coasters. The park also does not fell as claustrophobic as many parks. Its special events such as Seven Seas Food festival, Howl-o -ween, Mardi Gras and Christmas are better than Six Flags. The Seven Seas Food Festival is so much better than any kind of food festival that Six Flags has. I go about one to two times a week to just walk around.

i just went on hades 360 and it is amazing. The drop is fun and when you go under the parking lot it is really janky but awesome

VF is my home park. I don't want to see a dive coaster. I've been on 4 different ones and they are nearly all the same. They are fine but not great. My number 1 choice, that's reasonable, is an ArieForce clone but with a longer layout. Or a ride similar to Fahrenheit. Would CF pack up Rougaru and ship it to VF? I would be fine with that if they did some modes to smooth it out. Now to go crazy with fantasy land... it would be great to be the only park to have a clone to Velocicoaster. Would VF invest in a ride that makes it a destination park rather than "if you're in the area" park?

I remember first riding Batman in 1990 on a middle school trip. It blew my mind! And American Eagle was the first grown-up coaster I ever experienced. I screamed my head off...and ran to get back in line to ride it again.

I love fast rides & rollercoasters, always have but I can honestly say this one absolutely PETRIFIED me! 😱 my life flashed before my eyes! My husband said he had never heard me scream like that before! 🤣🤣 The whole ride I felt like I was going to come flying out my seat as there is no pull down, over head bars! Just a small over the lap one! 😱😱😱😱😱😱

The ride looks like it's going to be great. As of this time, I went yesterday, and it seems they're still painting the que, but it'll be great nonetheless.

I like this positive take on Phoenix Rising. It’s gonna be a great addition to the park, and I’m glad it’s going to breathe new life into the Pantopia area.

I wonder if this could come to more American parks in the future. SeaWorld San Diego, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Silverwood, and Holiday World would be a few good spots for one of these.

I really enjoy the Batman appreciation since it seems so underrated. While I probably do have a ton of bias towards it for being what made me love rollercoasters. I always find it to be nothing too insane but it feels so satisfying and fun to go and even just going over that little water section makes it stand out. Although there are more intense rides here which deserve all the hype, I’ve found that I’ve always been more fond of Batman than any other ride and I hope it ages well as I continue to expand my horizons on rollercoasters.

The demon was my first ever ride so it has some nostalgia for me.

In my opinion I love coasters with the most powerful ejector airtime you can find, el toro and skyrush have to be the best in the world in my opinion just based on the power and intensity of the airtime and the intensity of the rest of the ride

A perfect ride must be at least 4,000 feet of track; a wooden coaster or steel coaster without inversions must have at least 10 airtime hills and 15 seconds of airtime; and a steel coaster with inversions must have at least 6 various inversions. Anything less and the ride is meh.😉

Growing up near Great America, it wasn't until about freshman year of highschool that i got over my fear of rollercoasters thanks to Raging Bull. As someone that wants the floater airtime the most, I have to say Raging Bull is probably my number one spot alongside Viper or American Eagle as my number 2.. but I still have to give Goliath another shot since only riding it one time. I'll always crave a ride on Batman for it's intesity and nostalgic experience.

There is no such thing as a perfect roller coaster. If there was: there'd be no point in making them.

Goliath used to be my fav ride but one time I got stuck on the chainlift and had to be evacuated and I was also In single rider! it scared the crap out of me so I like raging bull better. I agree with your list it is very good and I would mostly agree but I do think that viper and American eagle should be switched.

As a person who grew up going to Riverview and crying when they closed the park. Six Flags Gurnee was a welcome replacement. Don’t get me wrong, Riverview was awesome in its day. I still enjoy going to six Flags even at my ages. This video really demonstrates the variety of rides that the park offers. Can’t wait to go again, soon!

Prefect timing as I’m still in San Antonio! I visited Sea World this past Thursday and everything was operating. You’re not wrong about Steel Eel. The front row was amazing but that back row HURTS. Texas Stingray was so freaking goooooood. So sorry you missed that. It’s the only GCI I’ve ridden with no seatbelts! The laterals are insane! I hope you return soon because Stingray alone is worth the visit.

i sat in the back seat and it was awful. I recommend the front seat ☺️

My list is 1 Raging bull - only the back row gives good airtime 2 Goliath - that first section is one of my favorites in the world 3 Viper - there is no dull moment 4 Superman - it offers an amazing first drop and a great positive G moment 5 Max Force - the first launch is amazing but it’s very short 6 X flight - the near misses and first drop are great but the seat is bad 7 Batman - an all around intense ride but a bit uncomfortable 8 American Eagle - it offers an overall solid experience 9 Dark Knight - great theming and amazing airtime but too long of a line 10 Whizzer - as my first ride it’s just a classic 11 Demon the first part is great but the whiplash hurts for days 12 joker - the 4d layout makes me very uncomfortable and is overhyped 13 vertical velocity - the rides G’s are very overhyped and is too long of a line 14 Little Dipper - solid family coaster 15 sprocket rockets - solid family coaster

Doubt they would add a Gerstlauer since there is one at Mall of America. I think they could improve their current coasters. Extend Wild Thing's break run so it can run without the trims. That would turn it into one of the best hypers. RMC High Roller and/or Excalibur. A small Vekoma with airtime and maybe inversions would also work well.

I My home park for 50 years, before leaving (woke/broke) Crook County/Chicago for good a few years back, when the "Williard's" Wizzard and (pre Demon) "Turn of the Century" were the two standout coasters. Next was the Tidal Wave launch, IIRC, then American Eagle... from there the memory is fuzzy. Batman? Shock Wave? Iron Wolf? lol One of the few things I miss about Illinois is Great America, still need to get back and ride Goliath, Maxx Force and X-Flight for the first time.

Goliaths very first drop is seriously intense and struck a moment of fear which honestly, only added to the adrenaline and excitement. That’s why it’s my favorite

I rode the Poltergeist as a teenager and it is easily one of my favorites! I plan on returning to Fiesta Texas to ride Iron Rattler, Superman, Dr. Diabolical.

Went yesterday for my 3rd time and finally went on X-Flight and it was awesome, raging bull would definitely be my #1 but I haven’t been on Goliath yet so I can’t really debate the two, hope I can go back soon and ride all of these.
